Paringdon Youth FC u12 Tigers are looking for new players to join them in readiness for their move to 11-a-side next season.
It doesn’t matter whether you are new to football or not. If your son or daughter is interested in playing football and is currently in Year 7, please contact us here and you’ll be put in touch with the coaches.
Enquiries are welcome now, with the opportunity to take part in friendlies in April and be part of the team for Paringdon Youth FC’s own Summer tournament in June.
Did you know Paringdon Sports Club hosts indoor football training for under 5s and open training sessions on the astro turf for girls and boys aged 5+, all run by Tony, our Football Development Officer?
Indoor training for under 5s is held each Thursday morning (9:30am – 10:15am) in the main hall at Paringdon Sports Club.
The open training sessions are held on Tuesdays (4:30pm – 5:30pm) and Saturdays (12:30pm – 1:30pm). All are welcome and they are perfect for those wanting to try football out or those with no desire to join a team but just love a kick-about.
Both the indoor and outdoor sessions cost £3 each, with no agreements to sign, just pay the weeks you turn up. The first session is free anyway, so there’s nothing to lose.
Tony holds a valid FA DBS certificate (child welfare and safeguarding). He is also a qualified FA Level 2 coach.
A drink and a smile are compulsory at every session, as are shin pads for the outdoor training on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
To find out more contact Tony via [email protected] or call 07739 976033. Alternatively, turn up and try it out.
UEFA have confirmed the match schedule for Euro 2020. Wembley will host both semi-finals on Tuesday 07 & Wednesday 08 July 2020 and the final on Sunday 12 July 2020.
